Shipping and handling.

Most of our products will be shipped between 3-5 days after the purchase, we will notify you once the product is shipped, UPS or similar carrier will be used.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Our products are 100% warrantied against all manufacturer defects within 30 days of purchase. a similar replacement, same style and dimensions, will be shipped to you for free after we arrange to have the defective board sent back to us at our cost. We will not guarantee that the product will be exactly the same, as every one of our products are unique.

Proof of purchase is needed to process any replacement.

Universal warranty exceptions

For the above time period, our warranty is void should any of the following be discovered:

Items were put through the dishwasher

Items were exposed to excessive heat or cold

Items were physically modified

Items were kept in excessive conditions of humidity or dryness

Items were physically abused or used for purposes other than which it was intended.
